SAGEA is a not-for-profit professional association dedicated to elevating the field of graduate employment in South Africa. The awards are based on comprehensive surveys of thousands of graduates across all industries, making this recognition particularly meaningful.

Special congratulations go to Thabiso Funde, who was individually recognised as Graduate Recruiter of the Year. This award acknowledges exceptional dedication to identifying, attracting and supporting the next generation of technology talent. It's a role that requires vision, empathy and a commitment to candidate experience.

Building Careers Through Our Graduate Programme
Our commitment to graduate development is embodied in our comprehensive Graduate Programme, which has been the cornerstone of our talent strategy since 2012. The programme equips graduates with both the technical expertise and professional capabilities needed to thrive in collaborative, client-facing environments.
At the heart of this programme is Boot Camp, an immersive experience that takes graduates through the complete software development lifecycle. Rather than jumping straight into coding, we begin by developing a deep understanding of the problem space. Graduates learn the 'what' and 'why' behind the systems we build, establishing purpose and direction before moving into the 'how'. This foundation ensures they don't just write code; they solve real business challenges using modern technologies and industry best practices.
The Numbers Tell a Story
Since 2012, we've welcomed over 730 graduates into Entelect, representing close to 30% of our workforce. Remarkably, over 75% remain with the company, with 27% now in leadership positions. This is a testament to genuine career progression and development opportunities.
