ElevateHer began as a bold idea at Entelect. Sixteen talented women, backed by senior leadership, came together to create meaningful change in how we support and advance women in technology. What started as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a comprehensive program that builds a workplace where women are supported, celebrated, and empowered to thrive through mentorship, skills development, and community.

Mentorship That Drives Change

Connect with experienced female colleagues who provide personalised guidance, support, and encouragement for long-term career growth. Our mentorship programme pairs you with leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities women face in tech, helping you navigate everything from technical skills development to leadership transitions and work-life integration.

Today, 48 mentors are actively supporting colleagues, helping women to build confidence, develop skills, and step into leadership roles.

  • Smooth Maternity Return: Our re-induction process helps returning mothers transition back confidently, with personalised support to get back up to speed
  • Mother's Room: A fully-equipped, private space for breastfeeding mothers, complete with, a comfortable chair and footrest,  adjustable climate control, entertainment, storage, and refreshment facilities
  • Workplace Comfort: Full-length mirrors in bathrooms and always-stocked sanitary products: small details that make a big difference to your daily experience
