ElevateHer began as a bold idea at Entelect. Sixteen talented women, backed by senior leadership, came together to create meaningful change in how we support and advance women in technology. What started as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a comprehensive program that builds a workplace where women are supported, celebrated, and empowered to thrive through mentorship, skills development, and community.

Mentorship That Drives Change

- Smooth Maternity Return: Our re-induction process helps returning mothers transition back confidently, with personalised support to get back up to speed
- Mother's Room: A fully-equipped, private space for breastfeeding mothers, complete with, a comfortable chair and footrest, adjustable climate control, entertainment, storage, and refreshment facilities
- Workplace Comfort: Full-length mirrors in bathrooms and always-stocked sanitary products: small details that make a big difference to your daily experience
